Our Process: Perceive, Conceive, Achieve

Every professional knows the trick to creating success is managing the risks involved in the decision making process. Identifying, discussing, creating, and executing plans that everyone in the organization can get behind and make work is just part of the equation. We also need to ensure that we are comfortable dismissing ideas or practices that aren't achieving the goals we set for ourselves. One sure-fire way to ensure success in your endeavor for perfection is to embrace a proven methodology. We have boiled our process down into three areas: Perceive, Conceive, and Achieve.

Perceive: Planting the Seed

When you first bring Landwen Design in, we are going to sit down with you, find out what your goals are, why they're your goals, and what actions you've taken to achieve them. We then verify that all of senior management is on the same page; a cohesive strategy heading towards one destination is crucial. Once your goals have been established and agreed upon, we will look at your market position, your competition, and work with you to define a market vision.

Every client we talk to knows the value of research in assessing the risks involved in marketing campaigns, but more often than not, they do not gather sufficient data. We work with our clients helping them tap into the most profitable sources of information, current and prospective clients. Armed with this knowledge, it is time to move to step two, Conceive.

Conceive: The Beginning of Something Beautiful

Once we have the lay of the land worked out, we begin mapping out your exact route to success. The information gathered in the perceive stage will help determine which tactics would be the best fit for your marketing plan. This stage is very subjective to your current position in the market and the goals we have set in stage one. We will also suggest any changes to your electronic or personal communication protocols that will help maximize information sharing and the constructive use of consumer feedback.

Achieve: Bearing Fruit

As the name of this phase suggests, it's time to see ROI. The general rule of thumb here is, if it's working, keep doing it. If it doesn't work, change. It's vital to keep measuring the success of your campaigns. What has worked in the past will not work forever, and as you already know, good, dependable data is necessary to ensure you stay on the right track.
